Shipping
  • Orders over $75 ship FREE.
  • Shipping to the continental USA is a flat rate of $4.99 for orders under $75.
  • We currently only ship within the United States. We offer local pickup on some of our items.
  • Processing time is 2-4 business days for in-stock items. Shipping time will vary between 3-10 business days.  For pre-orders, please see each item for additional information.
  • Due to our vendor collaborations, you may receive more than one package from your order.
  • Accessories in the city is not liable for any products damaged, delayed, stolen or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You should save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as they will request proof.
Returns 
  • Items must be shipped back to us no later than 7 days after receiving the item.
  • Most items will need to be shipped back to our warehouse. Contact us for the address to return your items. 
  • Once we receive the item and it is inspected you can exchange your item or receive store credit. Store credit never expires.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • If you believe an item you received is damaged or broken please contact us within 3 days at accessoriesinthecitybyjenine@gmail.com or call us at 1-609-353-6124 so we can address the issue. If the product is damaged or broken we will either offer you a replacement product or store credit.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for store credit.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
